COSMO World Buffet is seeking a Restaurant Assistant to support the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service and an outstanding dining experience for guests. The role involves delivering food and drinks, operating POS systems, maintaining buffet stations, ensuring hygiene standards, providing customer service, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
- Assist in delivering food & drinks orders from the kitchen & bar to guests quickly and efficiently
- Operating POS and taking payments
- Keep the buffet stations well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, helping guests with any requests
- Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including buffet areas and service stations
- Meeting Guests at the door and seating them in the correct location.

The Role
As a Restaurant Assistant, you will:
- Assist in delivering food & drinks orders from the kitchen & bar to guests quickly and efficiently
- Operating POS and taking payments
- Keep the buffet stations well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred but not essential - A friendly and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks - Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations (training provided if needed)
