Summary
Right at Home Worthing & Shoreham District is a local, quality, homecare provider who supports vulnerable adults to receive the care and companionship they need in their own home. This role offers competitive pay, award-winning training, flexible working hours, and guaranteed hours contract.
- Encouraging and supporting clients to live fulfilling lives
- Personal care, washing, and dressing assistance
- Medication administration
- Housekeeping, meal preparation & shopping
- Accompanying clients to appointments & social outings
The ideal candidate should have a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license with access to their own vehicle, be willing to attend a 4-day training course, reside within a 7-mile radius of Worthing, have business vehicle insurance (or willingness to obtain), and be available to work alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday). No experience is required, and training is provided.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ A full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence with access to your own vehicle
✔ Willingness to attend a 4-day training course
✔ Residing within a 7-mile radius of Worthing
✔ Business vehicle insurance (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Availability to work alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
✔ Flexible to work either 7 AM – 2 PM or 2 PM – 10 PM shifts
