Summary

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children

  • Observe and assess each child’s progress, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child’s learning journey
  • Maintain accurate records of each child’s development, including observations, assessments, and individualized learning plans
  • Foster positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/guardians to create a supportive and collaborative educational community
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to child safety and welfare

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
