Summary

Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in complex business environment and capture business and technical requirements
- Good understanding of agile methodology and full understanding of SDLC
- Provide assistance during the RFI/RFP process as part of major IT developments programmes and help project team to estimate costs and benefits and presents proposals to clients
- Work with corss functional teams in order to analyse business processes and document functional and non functional requirements in JIRA
- Ability to document As-Is & To-Be business process from level 1 to level 5 using BPMN Standards
- Examine existing business operating models, data flow diagrams and design functionalities specifications and see if they meet the stakeholder requirements
- Work in agile team to make sure all requirements are delivered following agile delivery model
- Work with testing teams to document the test cases and make sure they are impleneted during delivery
- Ability to handle requirements refinment sessions with scrum team to make sure all requirements are discussed, estimated appropriately
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as business analyst
- Minimum Bachelor degree in computing OR business degree
- Relevant business analysis certification (e.g. ISEB OR CBAP)
