Summary
The Talent Engagement Manager is a critical stakeholder relationship role focused on ensuring consistent delivery and an excellent candidate experience. The role can be fully remote. Candidates should ideally have FMCG and in house recruitment experience and speak either French or German, along with English.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Ensure consistent delivery and an excellent candidate experience.
- Support across all of the Southern Europe and Northern Europe Markets to attract and engage high calibre talent.
- Accountable for Commercial, Marketing, Legal and Finance hiring.
- Bring the employer brand and employee value proposition to life by expressing their purpose, values and ambitions.
- Be an expert in the resourcing, hiring, and talent planning process and will be a coach and mentor.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Experience within a corporate in-house recruitment team.
- Experience in FMCG or Luxury business would be an advantage.
- Either French or German language capability is essential.
- Experience of operating in an international matrixed organisation.
- Consultative skills and be able to influence action and change.

Our client are currently recruiting for a Talent Engagement Manager to work on a contract basis. Their offices are based in London but the role can be fully remote.
You will need to be able to speak French or German along with English and ideally have FMCG and in house recruitment experience.
Duties
- The Talent Engagement Manager is a critical stakeholder relationship role that is focused on ensuring consistent delivery and an excellent candidate experience. As they continue to develop various markets, our client are looking for someone to support across all of the Southern Europe and Northern Europe Markets to attract and engage high calibre talent.
- You will be accountable for Commercial, Marketing, Legal and Finance hiring.
- The role is to also bring the employer brand and employee value proposition to life by expressing their purpose, values and ambitions by connecting talent with what makes their culture special.
- The Talent Engagement Manager role is highly visible to a large cross section of key and senior stakeholders, many of which will be in critical leadership roles that have a significant impact on the organisation's ability to achieve key business outcomes and the overall Performance Ambition.
- You will be an expert in the resourcing, hiring, and talent planning process and will be a coach and mentor to these key stakeholders.
Skills
- Experience within a corporate in-house recruitment team.
- Experience in FMCG or Luxury business would be an advantage.
- Either French or German language capability is essential.
- Experience of operating in an international matrixed organisation, managing multiple senior stakeholders across a region and championing diverse shortlists of candidates in a fast-paced environment would also be an ideal requirement.
- The preferred candidate will have exceptional consultative skills and be able to influence action and change with stakeholders as well as an ability to listen but also persuasively convey opinions and recommendations.
