Summary

FRG are looking for a dedicated Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of premises and staff, creating a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure environment, carrying out patrols/hazard reporting, ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to, and monitoring alarms & CCTV systems.

The role requires a valid Door Supervision SIA licence, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills, and comfortable wearing PPE, also comfortable working nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times
  • Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
  • Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
  • Access / Egress control
  • Monitoring of alarms & CCTV system
  • Key Holding responsibilities
  • Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks
  • Adhering to policies and procedures at all times
  • General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site
  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
  • Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.
