Summary

The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and compliance of all company properties, vehicles, and insurance, including procurement, compliance renewals, and assistance with IT-related matters. They ensure all estate-related queries are handled efficiently.

The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator- is responsible for- the maintenance and- compliance of all company properties, vehicles, and- insurance. The Facilities and- Maintenance Coordinator- ensures all estate-related queries are handled efficiently, contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.

· Maintenance of Properties:

Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standard, conducting regular inspections and- addressing any maintenance issues promptly.

· Compliance/Inspection Log:

Maintain comprehensive compliance and- inspection logs for- all properties, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

· Vehicle Maintenance and- Compliance:

Oversee the maintenance and- compliance of company vehicles, ensuring they meet all safety and- regulatory requirements.

· Insurance Renewals:

Manage all insurance renewals, ensuring continuous coverage and- compliance with legal requirements.

· Yearly Compliance Renewals:

Oversee yearly compliance renewals for- various certifications, including ICO and- marketing-related compliance.

· Procurement:

Manage all procurement activities for- the company, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and- maintaining strong supplier relationships.

· Month-End Payables:

Assist month-end payables related to maintenance and- procurement, ensuring timely and- accurate financial management.

· Estate Related Queries:

Address estate-related queries, including tenancy agreements, rent reconciliation, and- utilities management.

· IT Assistance:

Assist with IT-related matters, providing support and- coordination for- any technical issues.

· Ad Hoc Tasks:

Perform ad hoc tasks as required, supporting various operational needs across the company.
