FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a proactive and supportive Midday Supervisory Assistant to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality childcare, safeguarding children, building relationships with staff, encouraging learning through play, and teaching basic life skills. The position requires an understanding of safeguarding and effective communication skills. Duties include supervising children in the park and playground, facilitating games, and promoting social skills, under the direction of the Head of School.

  • Teaching basic life skills to the children such as general hygiene and good manners

Your duties will include the supervision of children in our local park and in the playground during the lunch break.

You will be expected to play games with the children, to encourage them to play together and to help them develop good social skills. You will be working under the direction of Head of School.
