Summary

JP Hildreth is seeking a Graduate Project Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to gain vital skills and knowledge in the consumer healthcare, pharma, or food manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include client and supplier engagement, cost management, document preparation, problem identification, solution finding, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Excellent A-level (or equivalent) results.
  • Qualified to degree level with a Masters or Bachelors Engineering degree.
  • Ambition, excellent communication skills and the desire to become a Chartered Engineer.

We are seeking to employ a Graduate Project Engineer who will have the opportunity to embark upon a career gaining and developing vital skills and knowledge. You will be working in either the consumer healthcare, pharma or food manufacturing sectors, supporting experienced project engineers and project managers with constant exposure to new machines, new techniques, continual variety, and opportunities to learn and develop.

You will typically work on several projects, and your responsibilities will often include client and supplier engagement, cost management, document preparation, problem identification, solution finding and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will be an invaluable team-player and this role is crucial for gaining practical experience and developing the skills necessary for a successful engineering career.

At JP Hildreth we have developed a training and support programme designed to give exposure to both technical and safety knowledge. To give you the personal support needed you will have a personal development plan, a Line Manager you work closely with and a Buddy who you can ask all the questions you want to!

Minimum requirements:

• Excellent A-level (or equivalent) results.

• Qualified to degree level with a Masters or Bachelors Engineering degree.
