The Home:
Mountbatten is a 30 bed privately owned and long-established nursing home, providing high standards of nursing care 24 hours a day. We offer nursing care for the elderly and those with complex medical health needs, we are privileged to look after those aged 30-100+ years. We understand that choosing nursing care is one of the most important decisions a family willl face. Our highly trained staff have a genuine interest in the wellbeing of our residents and take the time to understand each person as an individual. We pride ourselves on creating a home from home environment.
The role:
As a Health Care Assistant you will be required to work in a team to deliver high quality person centred care to our 30 residents, you’ll care for our residents like they’re your own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological and social needs, and day to day you’ll help with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
*Please note: To work in a care home in England from 11 November 2021, the post holder is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt.*
Shifts available:
Day Shifts; 8AM – 8PM, 8AM – 2PM or 2PM – 8PM
Night Shifts; 8PM – 8AM
Salary/Hourly rate
By negotiation based on experience and qualifications
