Summary

The role involves presenting product information, providing demonstrations, following up with potential customers, and performing database activities. The position is based in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire.

  • Present preliminary product information and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest.
  • Perform database and record keeping activities.

Key Requirements: ERP experience, knowledge of Priority products, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Priority ERP is unique in it’s ability to adapt to our customers’ business processes and workflows bringing significant efficiency and improved customer satisfaction.

To accelerate growth in the UK ERP market, we are searching for a pre-sale consultant. The primary focus is to address the need for Priority ERP and services through a mix of face to face and remote presentations and by attending shows and exhibitions.

This position is based in our head office - Anchor House, School Lane, Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, SO53 4DY

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Present preliminary product information and product demonstrations to potential customers once you have identified their needs.
  • Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not move forward in the sales process via email or phone calls
  • Perform database and record keeping activities

Qualifications:

  • ERP experience in production and commercial environments
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Priority products and services (product training provided).
  • Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to complete individual  goals as well as work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate using business and technical concepts.
  • Desire for a long-term career in sales.
