Summary
We are recruiting a Supported Living House Support Worker role within [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]. This role involves providing support to adults (18-65) with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, or autism.
The duties include personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, cooking, domestic chores, promoting activities, promoting and supporting access to the community.
Key Responsibilities

- You will be performing a mixture of support worker duties including but not exclusive to personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, cooking, domestic chores, promoting activities, promoting and supporting access to the community.
Core Requirements
- Be able to work with service users with a wide range of needs including Autism, challenging behaviour, epilepsy, personal care, medication administration, LD, MH, ADHD and more;
- Already have or be willing to work towards NVQ 2 in health and social care;
- Undertake any training identified to meet service user needs;
- Have a valid driving licence & business insurance
- Undertaking Shift Work
The Role
We are recruiting a Supported Living House Support Worker role within [Employer hidden].
The Company
We are a domiciliary care and supported living provide that operates across Surrey. Our office is based in Walton-On-Thames. We work with adults (18-65) that require support which is most often as a result of a Physical disability, Mental health condition, Learning disability or Autism. We aim to help the people that we support become and remain as independent as possible.
The Duties:
· Supported Living House Support Worker duties with an agreed understanding that this role requires flexibility.
· You will be performing a mixture of support worker duties including but not exclusive to personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, cooking, domestic chores, promoting activities, promoting and supporting access to the community.
Terms: Full Time (40 hours per week) (subject to 6-month probation). Part time hours are also available
Hours: Shift work Mon – Sunday
– Night: 9.30pm – 7.30am
Requirements:
- - Be able to work with service users with a wide range of needs including Autism, challenging behaviour, epilepsy, personal care, medication administration, LD, MH, ADHD and more;
- - Already have or be willing to work towards NVQ 2 in health and social care;
- - Undertake any training identified to meet service user needs;
