Summary
As a Pega Senior Consultant, you will be stationed at our [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] hub in London, working collaboratively with an exceptional team of highly seasoned Pega consultants from across the UK and Europe. Your mission will be to translate our clients' most intricate aspirations and challenges into high-performance Pega solutions, either on-site or remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- At least a 37.5 hours working week
- Hybrid work (3 d/week work location)
- You develop the most exciting Pega applications
- Collaborate with the most experienced Pega consultants in Europe
Core Requirements
- 3+ years Pega experience
- Experience leading teams of 3+
- Component design and delivery responsibilities
- Component quality responsibilities
- Familiar with Pega performance tools
- Good understanding of enterprise architecture concepts
- Experience integrating Pega with other systems
- Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to, WebSphere or WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL. With specific expertise in some of the above (recommended, not essential)
- CSSA certification
- Strong team player with good communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in shaping requirements to out of the box features, and with reusable assets in mind
- Experienced estimating effort at component and story level with appropriate RAID
