Specialising in developing innovative solutions for challenging environments, our client combines state-of-the-art facilities with a talented team to push the boundaries of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing machines for builds, conducting routine maintenance, resolving issues and troubleshooting, and supporting the engineering team.
  • Operate and maintain machine equipment, including post-processing, parameter maintenance and quality control inspections.
  • Collaborate with engineers to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Troubleshooting any potential technical issues in the printing process.
  • Conducting regular quality checks on the printed parts and documenting/implementing deviations in the process.
  • Implement process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to strict regulatory standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Stay abreast of the latest additive manufacturing technologies and industry advancements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in engineering, focusing on production or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge and passion for additive manufacturing technologies and willingness to learn new process techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, able to follow precise instructions and procedures.

    As an Additive Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality components, following operational procedures whilst also ensuring compliance of standards and collaborating closely with engineers. This is a 4-on 4-off shift position, and we're looking for candidates who are adaptable to both day and night schedules, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth.
