[Employer hidden] provides 24-hour nursing care for all ages, in our independently run care home, which is set outside Dunfermline. With 88 beds, we have 7 units providing care for residents with a range of physical and mental health needs, and dementia.

At Bandrum, we believe in looking after the wellbeing of our staff, as well as the care of our residents. We currently have vacancies for care assistants, for night shift. We are looking for staff with previous experience of care, although training would be given to exceptional candidates. You are expected to provide person-centred care, and work as part of a team, in a busy care home environment, ensuring that residents retain their dignity, well-being and individuality.

Bandrum realises the importance of recruiting and retaining the highest calibre of staff and therefore provides a comprehensive programme of induction & orientation. You will have the opportunity to complete your SVQ 2 training in Health and Social Care on site, on completion of probation.
