Cunningham are recruiting for Production Operatives to join their team. They are looking for hands-on, detail-focused individuals to produce high-quality Clever Protective Covers® for global industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Carefully following order details as per work instructions
- Safe use of machinery and hand tools for cutting, connecting and bonding materials.
- Inspect products according to quality standards and established specifications
- Reporting to Production Supervisor, you will collaborate with a supportive team to meet production targets in a safe & efficient manner.
- Support the team in meeting production deadlines.

The Role – Production Operative

Skills and Experience
Desirable
- GCSE Maths & English
- Previous experience in joinery, manufacturing, engineering or production roles.
- Experience of understanding and interpreting engineering drawings, assembly instructions or manufacturing processes.
Essential

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a clean, tidy and organised environment.

Working hours
FULL-TIME Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm, includes 5 hours at 1.5 times the hourly rate. 3pm finish on the last Friday of every month.

Salary:
Starting salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
