FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

As Transport Administrator you will be responsible for the daily creation of customer consignments, ensuring accuracy of information at all times. You will also be responsible for reconciliation of consignment costs against daily schedules from customer to ensure accurate charging and invoicing at week and period end.

  • Efficiently and accurately despatching drivers with all relevant paperwork.
  • Completing customer and Stobart KPIs where required.
  • Inputted trailer details into the internal tracking system.
  • Monitoring the service board to make sure the correct week number is on the correct trailer for depot trailers.
  • Liaising with drivers on the gate communication system to make them aware of site procedures before entering site, when required.
  • Completing all daily tasks for compliance purposes.
  • Ensure manning levels are updated & correct.
  • Internal reporting duties.
  • Downloading vehicle & driver digital tachographs as per requirement.
  • Transport System management.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join our team in Northampton. As Transport Administrator you will be responsible for the daily creation of customer consignments, ensuring accuracy of information at all times. Working hours: 4 on 4 off days 06:00 – 18:00

Salary: £24,444.42 per annum
