Summary
Research Associate to join a leading executive search firm in London, assisting consultants, supporting mandates, sourcing candidates, and conducting market mapping. Requires 1+ years of executive search experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Assist and support consultants working on mandates with clients, curating pitch documents with relevant candidate ideas and preparing marketing material across all phases of an executive search process
- Source and approach candidates over the phone as well as via the business’ wider professional network
- Conduct candidate market mapping across different locations including: Russia/CIS, Israel, CEE, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, Far East & Latin America) as well as explore and research into new markets as requested by clients
- Interact with interns who also support the business
- 1+ years experience within Executive Search
- Genuine interest in recruitment mandatory
- Strong communication skills over the phone as well as person. Being talkative, proactive, hardworking and having strong organizational skills is key
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel & Word is essential
