FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

Opportunity to establish a name in the Emerging Markets recruitment space by having firsthand access to an extensive network of existing top-tier clients. Requires experience in a relevant financial role, a genuine interest in the MENA region, and strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Assist and support consultants working on mandates with clients, curating pitch documents with relevant candidate ideas and preparing marketing material across all phases of an executive search process
  • Source and approach candidates over the phone as well as via the business’ wider professional network
  • Conduct candidate market mapping across different locations including: including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar along with relaxant global financial hubs such as Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Paris and New York
  • 2:1 from a recognised university
  • Minimum one or two years work experience in a relevant financial role. Exposure to financial services, such as banking, investment management, or insurance, is highly desirable
  • Genuine interest in the MENA Region and executive search recruitment
  • Evidence of a team ethic and high consciousness
  • Strong communication skills over the phone as well as in person. Being talkative, proactive, hardworking, and having strong organizational skills are key
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential
  • Arabic speaker is preferable

Requirements

  • Minimum one or two years work experience in a relevant financial role. Exposure to financial services, such as banking, investment management, or insurance, is highly desirable
