Summary
The Risk Management Specialist will identify, assess, and prioritize risks, develop and implement risk management frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct regular risk assessments, and monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks across all business operations
- Developing and implementing risk management frameworks and policies to mitigate identified risks
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure appropriate risk controls and mitigation strategies are in place
- Conducting regular risk assessments and providing recommendations for improvement
- Monitoring emerging risks and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and proactive risk management
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience as a Risk Management Specialist or in a similar risk-related role
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, such as ISO 31000, COSO, or NIST
- Experience with risk assessment tools and techniques, including quantitative and qualitative methods
- Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications, such as CRISC, FRM, or equivalent, are highly desirable

What We’re Looking For:
