Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer with leadership responsibilities
- Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps principles
- Experience with architecture design, API development, CI/CD, and microservices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
