Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering engaging security awareness training programs for employees at all levels
  • Conducting regular phishing simulations and social engineering tests to assess employee preparedness
  • Developing educational materials such as newsletters, videos, and e-learning courses on security best practices
  • Collaborating with the IT and security teams to reinforce security policies and practices across the organization
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives through surveys, metrics, and incident reduction tracking

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Security Awareness Specialist or in a similar role within cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of common cyber threats, including phishing, social engineering, and malware
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and security campaigns
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ are highly desirable
