The role involves collaborating with real estate and finance teams, developing and maintaining functionalities, monitoring performance metrics, providing training, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will be experienced in SAP RE-FX and have strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Configure and implement SAP RE-FX solutions to manage real estate portfolios and lease contracts effectively
• Collaborate with real estate and finance teams to gather requirements and define management processes
• Develop and maintain functionalities for lease accounting, rental billing, and contract management
• Monitor and analyze real estate performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct training sessions for end users on RE-FX functionalities and best practices
• Analyze and resolve issues related to SAP RE-FX for end users and stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and SAP enhancements to recommend necessary adjustments
• Support system upgrades and enhancements related to SAP RE-FX solutions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in real estate reporting and analytics
• Provide expert guidance on SAP RE-FX functionalities to optimize overall real estate management
