- Proven experience as an IT Consultant or similar client-facing tech role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills and experience working with diverse clients or stakeholders
