Summary
Design AI/ML models for medical imaging, EHR analysis, diagnostics, and predictive healthcare. Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and developers to create safe, accurate AI solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Validate models using clinical datasets and integrate AI tools into clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing AI/ML models for medical imaging, EHR analysis, diagnostics, and predictive healthcare
- Collaborating with clinicians, data scientists, and developers to create safe, accurate AI solutions
- Ensuring AI models comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, MHRA)
- Validating models using real-world clinical datasets and robust evaluation metrics
- Integrating AI tools into clinical workflows with a focus on usability and interpretability
- Contributing to research publications and innovation in digital health
Core Requirements:
- Experience applying AI/ML in healthcare or life sciences domains
- Familiarity with medical imaging (e.g., CT, MRI), EHR systems, or genomics data
- Strong skills in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
