Summary

The Sentiment Analysis Specialist will design and implement sentiment analysis algorithms and models, analyze customer feedback and text data to derive sentiment insights, collaborate with product and marketing teams, monitor and refine models, and present findings. The role requires strong NLP expertise, proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries, experience with text analytics and data visualization, and a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • Analyze customer feedback, social media, and text data to derive sentiment insights.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance customer experience strategies.
