Summary

This role involves designing dialogue scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user testing, and incorporating brand voice to improve user satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing chat or voice experiences, a strong understanding of UX, and familiarity with NLP and related tools.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Designing conversational flows for AI-driven chatbots, voice assistants, and virtual agents
  • Creating user-centric dialogue scripts and interaction models using tools like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Voiceflow
  • Collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to align voice and chat UX with business goals
  • Conducting usability tests and iterating based on real user feedback and performance data
  • Incorporating personality, tone, and brand voice into AI conversations
  • Applying NLP best practices to improve user satisfaction and task completion rates

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

  • Experience designing chat or voice experiences for conversational interfaces
  • Familiarity with NLP, NLU, and tools like Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, or similar
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX), linguistics, and conversation theory
  • Ability to think from both technical and human perspectives
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Linguistics, or related field is a plus
