Summary

Manage IT projects from planning to closure, coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scope and goals, ensuring adherence to standards, facilitating agile ceremonies, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Managing end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to execution and closure
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders
  • Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensuring adherence to project governance, risk management, and compliance standards
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies or managing waterfall/hybrid methodologies as needed
  • Communicating progress clearly with stakeholders and resolving roadblocks proactively

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven experience managing IT/software development projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello)
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and traditional PM methodologies
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
