Summary

Leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML projects from concept to completion, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, creating and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring project performance and adjusting strategies to ensure successful delivery, managing risk and addressing any issues or changes that arise during the project lifecycle, and ensuring clear communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML projects from concept to completion
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Creating and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitoring project performance and adjusting strategies to ensure successful delivery
  • Managing risk and addressing any issues or changes that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring clear communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within the AI/ML, tech, or software development sectors
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their business applications
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
  • Experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus
