FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

The AI Tester will design and execute test plans for AI algorithms and models, validating AI systems for accuracy, scalability, and performance. They will identify and document bugs, collaborate with developers, and create automated testing frameworks. Strong knowledge of AI/ML, experience with Python and testing frameworks, and excellent analytical skills are required.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Design and execute test plans for AI algorithms and models.
Validate AI systems for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
Identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, and potential risks.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve system quality.
Create automated testing frameworks for continuous model validation.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and testing methodologies.
Experience with Python and testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Selenium).
Familiarity with data validation and preprocessing techniques.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
