Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our company’s technology infrastructure and IT operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of IT professionals, ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, and implement technology solutions that support and enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the IT department.
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems.
  • Identify and implement IT improvements and upgrades to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by senior management.
  • Manage IT budgets and forecast future needs.
  • Lead IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Liaise with vendors and manage IT procurement.
  • Train and support staff on systems and new technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with cyber security practices and risk management.

  • May require occasional evening or weekend work for system upgrades or issue resolution.
