Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our company’s technology infrastructure and IT operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of IT professionals, ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, and implement technology solutions that support and enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the IT department.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems.
- Identify and implement IT improvements and upgrades to maximize efficiency.
- Develop IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by senior management.
- Manage IT budgets and forecast future needs.
- Lead IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
- Liaise with vendors and manage IT procurement.
- Train and support staff on systems and new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
Core Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with cyber security practices and risk management.

- May require occasional evening or weekend work for system upgrades or issue resolution.
