  • Developing techniques and tools to improve interpretability of AI/ML models
  • Applying methods like SHAP, LIME, counterfactual explanations, and saliency maps
  • Collaborating with data science, legal, and product teams to ensure model transparency
  • Designing user-friendly visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act) through explainability standards
  • Contributing to ethical AI practices and responsible AI governance frameworks
  • Proven experience in explainable AI or interpretable machine learning
  • Familiarity with black-box model interpretation tools and fairness metrics
  • Solid understanding of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision models
  • Ability to communicate technical findings in simple, actionable language

  • Experience working with compliance, risk, or audit teams is a plus
