Summary

Essential selection criteria

  • Passion for personal customer service and a professional attitude
  • Good eye for detail.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • A high standard of cleanliness.
  • Highly organised, punctual and capable of time management.
  • Trive being in a highly social environment.
  • A desire to grow and gain new experiences and skills.

Desirable selection criteria

  • At least 2 years experience working in the hospitality industry
  • Relevant industry qualifications such as WSET / Cicerone
  • Specific experience in high quality craft beer service
  • Experience in the service of cocktails, wines and spirits

Standard checks
