Summary
DG Serv Tech is looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure / O365 based Solution Architect / Consultant to join their Global Professional Services team. The role involves project implementation related to Microsoft SaaS solutions, including Exchange Online, MS Teams, and Session Border Controller configuration. Candidates should have experience with Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SBCs (AudioCodes, Sonus), Microsoft Cloud, Windows Server, PowerShell scripting, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Conduct workshops to evaluate Evaluate current ‘As-Is’ model and plan ‘To-be’ model
- Solution feasibility assessment framework, ROI and effectively engage with clients on impact of technology adoption to its business processes, end users
- Hands-on implementation of solution, migration, scripting, technical troubleshooting, performance tuning and optimisation.
- Research and evaluate Technological challenges spanning different platforms.

Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure / O365 based Solution Architect / Consultant to join our Global Professional Services team for project implementation as it relates to Microsoft SaaS solutions: Exchange Online, MS Teams including Direct Routing, DRaaS, Session Borders (AudioCodes, Sonus, Hardware / Azure Cloud based) configuration.
Essential Skills :
• Exchange o Architecture and implementation of Exchange On Prem, Online and Hybrid Configurations o Migration of users from On Prem to Online (Cloud) o PowerShell Scripting to batch user migrations
• Microsoft Teams o MS 700 – Microsoft Teams Associate Certification is required. o Direct Routing integration with AudioCodes and Sonus is a must. o Solid understanding of Media Flows, DNS, Co-Existence and interop o Thorough understanding of Microsoft Teams with Skype for Business Hybrid o Ability to work on complex migration projects
• Session Border Controller o AudioCodes & Ribbon (Sonus) SBC experience of atleast 3 Years is required o Ability to configure SBC from scratch for Hardware, Customer hosted or Azure hosted o Optimise SBC with MS Teams direct routing along with multi system integration to define SIP interfaces, IP Profile, Header Manipulations, Transform rules, RegEx, Ldap based conditional routing, Dial Plan tag based routing, ELIN, Location based routing and complex troubleshooting during project phase o Setup and configuration of Azure based SBCs is highly advantageous
• Microsoft Cloud o Azure Fundamentals Az-900 is good to have. o Solid understanding of Cloud designs, principles, Hybrid identity o IT Security & Governance o Knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, Scripting and Automation
• Windows Server 2019 to 2012R2, Active Directory, AD DS / FS, Forest Trust GPOs etc. o Working knowledge of AAD Connect, AD FS, Hybrid Identity o Certificates, PKI, TLS
• Power Shell scripting o We focus a lot on engineering, develop standard deployment practices and keep our deployments efficient & consistent. Hence good knowledge of writing mature power shell scripts is a must have o Experience in adding users in bulk, validation checks etc.
• Any experience on Cisco Call Manager and / or Avaya Aura Suite (Red) Servers & Gateways is a big advantage – but not essential
Education Background & Other Skills
• Engineering Graduate BE / MSc. Or equivalent formal education in Computers, Electronics, Communications
• Good communication skills and confidence is largely essential
