Summary
This is an opportunity for a Graduate Process Engineer to work on water/wastewater projects and join a leading local multidisciplinary consultancy practice with a reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions across a range of sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking engineering water/wastewater process design for a range of water and wastewater projects
- Development of design solutions for clean and wastewater applications
- Engineering design within the Water and Wastewater sectors
- Interpretation of design data such as jar testing results, chemical and biological analysis results; preparation of process design calculations specific to water and wastewater design including process unit sizing, aeration design, chemical dosing design etc
- Feasibility, outline and detailed process design work.
- Liaison with clients within the UK and Ireland.
- Technical report writing including technical assessment, whole life costing, energy and carbon audits
- Working with and developing process tools such as water and wastewater mass balances and process flow diagrams, P&IDs, hydraulic design
- Contribute to the delivery of projects ensuring timeframes and budgets are met.
