- BTEC level 3 in Ambulance Aid (or IHCD Ambulance Aid Award) or FREC level 5 in addition produce portfolio to demonstrate competencies in FREC levels 3 & 4 OR FAQ Level 4 – Diploma for Associate Ambulance Practitioners
- Evidence of ongoing personal development within the last 5 years
- Full UK driving licence with Full C1 category with 2 years driving experience (maximum of 3 penalty points for minor driving offences) (Maximum of 6 penalty points for SP30 offences)
- Emergency Response Driving Qualification
- Experience of dealing with people in difficult and challenging circumstances applying ‘customer care’ skills.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
