Summary

Edenmore Nursing Home supports people who can no longer live on their own, who need support with day-to-day living, and who need to be supported to live independently, happy and with fulfilment. The home offers an ever-continuing support network which starts here at the application stage where we talk you through what to expect and what you will be doing when working in a care home. The two-week induction, buddy & mentoring system, fun continuous online & classroom training and a 24/7 welfare support team – are here to support you; you really are never alone when working at Edenmore Nursing Home. Our pay rate also reflects how much we value you, we have a highly competitive hourly rate for the Devon region which is above and beyond the standard living wage, along with paid breaks, bank holiday enhancements, free training, free DBS, free parking, local to public transport and career pathway opportunities.
