FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

As a Concourse Supervisor, you will work alongside the Area Manager to ensure service runs smoothly. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and beverage services. Playing a key role in maintaining operational standards, supporting staff performance, monitoring stock levels and maintaining equipment

  • Ensure all kiosks are fully set up, clean, stocked, and ready for service ahead of doors opening.
  • Supervise kiosk staff during match days, assigning roles and overseeing workflow to ensure fast and efficient service.
  • Monitor product levels throughout service and coordinate timely restocking to avoid shortages or disruption.
  • Operate and oversee the use of tills, PDQs, and other kiosk equipment, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations across all kioskss.
  • Conduct end-of-day procedures, including closing kiosks, cleaning, and reporting any issues or incidents.
  • Monitor customer interactions and service delivery to ensure a welcoming and efficient fan experience.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced food & beverage, retail, or event environment (stadium experience is a plus).

Strong understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations.

Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, specifically on match days.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in fast-paced service environments.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and senior management.
