Summary
To ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of Vitsœ's IT infrastructure, enabling the business to operate smoothly and achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Managing the complete IT lifecycle for colleagues joining and departing Vitsœ
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as a trusted, approachable presence for all teams
- Overseeing hardware procurement, maintenance, and secure end-of-life disposal, including printers
- Collaborating with global teams to ensure that IT sustains their needs and objectives
- Managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers
- Creating and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Developing and implementing IT strategies, policies, and procedures to improve IT operations
- Ensuring Vitsœ's IT infrastructure is secure, GDPR compliant and meets industry standards
- Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through thoughtful technology integration
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Hands-on experience in IT operations and hardware management
- Strong communication with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and developments
- Proficiency with Android, Apple, and Windows systems, and Google Workspace administration
- Knowledge of network security
- Interest in learning or experience with cloud infrastructure and particularly AWS
