FULL DESCRIPTION

Summary

To ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of Vitsœ's IT infrastructure, enabling the business to operate smoothly and achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Managing the complete IT lifecycle for colleagues joining and departing Vitsœ
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as a trusted, approachable presence for all teams
  • Overseeing hardware procurement, maintenance, and secure end-of-life disposal, including printers
  • Collaborating with global teams to ensure that IT sustains their needs and objectives
  • Managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers
  • Creating and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Developing and implementing IT strategies, policies, and procedures to improve IT operations
  • Ensuring Vitsœ's IT infrastructure is secure, GDPR compliant and meets industry standards
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through thoughtful technology integration

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

  • Hands-on experience in IT operations and hardware management
  • Strong communication with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and developments
  • Proficiency with Android, Apple, and Windows systems, and Google Workspace administration
  • Knowledge of network security
  • Interest in learning or experience with cloud infrastructure and particularly AWS
