Shift Pattern
Day shifts
Monday Tuesday ,Wednesday and Thursday 10am – 2:15pm
Fridays 10am -2pm
Flexibility required ad hoc shifts
Must like dogs
Must have business insurance to carry patients in vehicles

Role requirements
· You must have 2 Years Learning Disability experience working in a health or social care setting as Learning Disability support worker
Require to attend swimming on Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Fridays
must like dogs as dog walking will be required
. Friendly and able to interact is essential for this package of care
. Autism awareness
· English language – Fluent oral and written.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
· Driving license preferred
