Summary
The SAP Associate Consultant will be responsible for supporting SAP HR and integration solutions, with a focus on SAP HR Payroll and Benefits. This role requires experience with annual and year-end activities, customized solutions, and strong communication skills for client-facing interactions. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with 2-3 years of experience in the HR Payroll and Benefits domain. SAP HCM certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in supporting SAP HR and integration solutions
- Working knowledge of both SAP HR Payroll and Benefits
- Working knowledge of Benefits interfaces

Technical Experience:
• Working knowledge of Annual and Year end activities wrt benefits and payroll
• Experience in customized solutions
• Exposure to ABAP HR will be given preference
Professional Attributes:
• Must be Good in reporting about the project progress
• Drive the project as per given milestone
• Excellent communication skill as resource will be client facing for short duration
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors or Equivalent degree in Business Management
• 2-3 years’ experience in HR Payroll and Benefits Domain
• Certification in SAP HCM – Preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Can do attitude and willingness to learn
