Summary
The SAP Training Manager will customize the global SAP learning strategy, manage the delivery of the Train the Trainer program, create training needs analysis, and manage the training material localisation process. They need experience in the full SAP training lifecycle and knowledge of e-learning technologies.

Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent degree in Business Management
- Certification in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors- Preferrable
- Excellent experience in either technical training or learning & development environment.
- Experience of at least full SAP training lifecycles
Role:
• Customise the global SAP learning strategy for the regions and engage senior market stakeholders to gain buy in and sponsorship for the approach
• Manage the delivery of the Train the Trainer programme to regional super users
• Knowledge of various training approaches and ability to adapt to different country requirements
• Work with market contacts to create the training needs analysis for the region
• Assess localisation and translation requirements for the training materials to be used in region
• Manage the training material localisation process, working with the regional super users
Basic Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent degree in Business Management
• Certification in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors- Preferrable
• Excellent experience in either technical training or learning & development environment.
• Experience of at least full SAP training lifecycles, from defining the training strategy and performing the training needs analysis, through to the management of development and delivery plans and evaluation of the training
• Excellent planning and project management skills and stakeholder management skills
• Broad knowledge of other SAP modules and functionality
• Broad knowledge of systems such as HCM and SuccessFactors
• Knowledge of e-learning technology
• Considers excellence a fundamental priority and can maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines
• Experience of managing delivery of learning virtually on a large scale
• Effective in an environment with tight deadlines, finite resource and uncertainty
• Solid understanding of training and development processes, including trends in people development, related technology learning tools and understanding of external resources in training and development
