Summary
The SAP Project Manager will be responsible for managing SAP HCM projects, overseeing application management processes, and applying Agile project management practices. They will need a strong overview of SAP, excellent financial management skills, experience in 3rd party vendor management, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Managing SAP HCM projects.
- Overseeing application management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Demand & Capacity).
- Applying Agile project management practices.
- Excellent financial management skills: Cost management, receivables, profitability analysis and reporting.
- Experience in 3rd party vendor management and liaison.

Role:
• SAP Practice is seeking top talent with experience in managing SAP HCM projects. The SAP Project Manager would possess the knowledge of the following topics and apply them to bring in value and innovation to client engagements:
- • Application management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Demand & Capacity)
- • Should have experience in Agile project management practice.
- • Should have very good overview of SAP. Not necessarily hands on but should be able to organise team and resolve critical situation or complex requirements.
- • Excellent financial management skills: Cost management, receivables, profitability analysis and reporting.
- • Experience in 3rd party vendor management and liaison.
- • Should be capable of handling small/medium size team.
- • Should have worked in dynamic environment
- • Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery.
- • Capable of driving initiatives for base account growth, GP/productivity improvement through ticket analytics, automation, lean etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- • Total of 5-8 years of industry experience
- • Aware of application support transition methodology.
- • Preferably from SAP HCM or SuccessFactors background but not a MUST.
- • Proven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role
- • Must have experience in ECC Projects
- • Hands on experience in Project Delivery Management
- • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
