Summary

An experienced Residential Lettings and Sales Negotiator is sought to join the Kings Lynn office of Brown&Co. The role involves managing a property portfolio, generating new business, arranging viewings, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate should have good knowledge of lettings legislation and be able to travel to appointments.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Co-ordinating an existing lettings and management property portfolio
  • Supporting generating new business and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Booking valuations, arranging viewings, maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets and progressing Residential sales.
  • Assisting with customer enquiries, clients and solicitors to deliver excellent service.
  • Attending valuations and closing of lettings instructions
  • Drive new business for the lettings portfolio

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

  • Good knowledge of lettings legislation
  • Deliver high level of customer service
  • ARLA qualification ideal but not essential
  • Ability to travel to sales and lettings appointments

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Lettings and Sales Negotiator to join our Kings Lynn office. This position will be as part of an expanding team playing an integral role in the growth and development of our established and successful business. This is a busy role in a fast moving and challenging environment so the successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, flexible, and committed with experience of working under pressure to provide a fast turnaround for clients in both Lettings and Sales. You will be responsible for providing clients with a professional estate agency service, maximising business from opportunities by managing your own workload and maintaining administrative systems.

Daily responsibilities include:

Core working hours are Monday – Friday 9.00am – 17.30pm and every other Saturday 9.00am - 13.00pm. This is a permanent position, either Full or Part Time (minimum 30 hours per week) and we’re open to discussing flexible working requirements. We also operate a hybrid working policy.
