      About the Role

      As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving development projects from inception through to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

      • Managing development appraisals, feasibility studies, and financial viability assessments
      • Coordinating planning applications and securing necessary consents
      • Overseeing project delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
      • Managing budgets, cashflows, and ensuring financial targets are met
      • Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the development process
      • Supporting clients in land acquisition, site assembly, and investment strategies
      • Negotiating agreements, contracts, and funding arrangements

      About You

      The ideal candidate will:

      • Have experience in property development, project management, or a related field
      • Possess a strong understanding of planning processes, development finance, and construction methodologies
      • Be commercially astute with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
      • Have experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
      • Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
      • Hold a relevant degree in Property, Planning, Construction, or a related discipline
