Summary

A local market-leading property and construction consultancy are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Bournemouth. You will have the opportunity to work on varied projects including high end residential / commercial projects ranging from new builds to refurbishments. They have just been awarded a large volume of new projects including residential cladding projects, typically value is £5m upwards

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver High end refurbishments and new builds (residential and some commercial)
Managing construction teams and consultants
Project monitoring
Scheduling and programming of works
Client facing, ensuring high standard of delivery

Core Requirements:

Prior experience working for a construction consultancy is essential
Residential projects experience is beneficial but not essential
Professionally qualified with RICS, APM, CIOB would be advantageous
Good JCT contract knowledge

Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Salary & Benefits:
