FULL DESCRIPTION
Summary
Our client are an independent consultancy that have developed an excellent reputation in the local market. As part of their continual growth they are looking for a residential surveyor to undertake a mix of Level 2, Level 3 surveys as well as valuations. This role will be home-based mainly cover RG postcodes and surrounding areas. They have a focus on quality over quantity of work and look for surveyors to complete 1 survey per day.
- Homebuyer surveys (Level 2)
- Building Surveys (Level 3) – training can be provided as needed
- Valuations
Skills & Experience of the Residential Surveyor:
- AssocRICS or MRICS
- Experienced undertaking residential homebuyer reports and building surveys
- Comfortable managing own diary and workload
- Comfortable building relationships with local agents
Role & Responsibilities of the Residential Surveyor:
