Summary

Excellent opportunity for an APC level Building Surveyor to join a professional property and construction consultancy in Bournemouth. They provide Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Dispute Resolution and other associated services to a wide and varied range of clients in both the public and private sector.

They have an outstanding record of supporting surveyors through their APC to become chartered.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Contract Administration
  • Project Management
  • Production of technical specifications
  • Planned Maintenance Schedules
  • Insurance Reinstatement appraisals
  • Diagnosis of building defects and preparation of technical due diligence reports
  • Pre-acquisition surveys in both the residential and commercial sectors

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3 years plus building surveying experience
  • Part way through APC and looking to sit in either Autumn 2025 or Spring 2026
  • Degree in building surveying
