Key Responsibilities
- Present engaging videos on YouTube about skilled worker visa sponsorship, compliance, and other immigration services.
- Host interviews with clients who’ve succeeded using our services, sharing inspiring stories and showcasing our impact.
- Develop and lead discussion topics for a podcast series, covering themes like immigration journeys, business insights, and more.
- Engage with diverse and creative guests from the world of theatre, comedy, and magic, exploring their experiences and unique perspectives.
- Set a lively, entertaining atmosphere that resonates with both viewers and guests, making every interaction memorable.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to craft compelling, sales-focused messages that captivate audiences and drive leads.
- Be hands-on in developing scripts and topics, staying current with trends in recruitment, immigration, and sponsorship.
- Participate in live webinars, Q&A sessions, and product demonstrations, leveraging your expertise to engage potential clients.
- Travel internationally as needed to film on-location content or meet clients, with all travel and accommodation costs covered by IANS Solicitors.
Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Background in sales, recruitment, or business development, with a solid understanding of UK skilled worker visa sponsorship and compliance.
- Strong on-camera presence, with excellent verbal communication skills and a knack for making complex information accessible.
- Proven experience as a professional presenter or spokesperson, comfortable with YouTube, podcasts, and digital platforms.
- Creative flair for storytelling and experience in developing content for interviews and podcasts.
- A collaborative mindset with familiarity in video and audio production, plus a working knowledge of YouTube analytics and podcasting platforms.

You’ll also have the unique opportunity to travel internationally, with all flights and accommodations covered by the company. This position is available for an immediate start.
