A Software Tester is needed to collaborate with QA leads, architects, and managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

  • Main Duties: As a Software Tester, you'll collaborate with QA leads, architects, and managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Core Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

  • Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Line management of QA resources and conducting performance reviews
  • Maintaining and enhancing QA team structure
  • Ensuring QA best practices are followed
  • Leading sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Overseeing testing and resolving blockers
  • Using metrics to track and report progress
  • Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years in QA/testing with 3+ years in leadership
  • Proficient in Selenium and Cucumber
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience crafting test strategies and plans

Main Duties

Salary

£40,000.00 – £42,000.00 per year
